Nothing is created, nothing is lost, all is transformed.
From material to product. We make use of the most modern ways to transform metal and implement every requirement you might raise. You may still have not found the right partner.
Equipped with a wide range of presses, we are present on the market in the areas of progressive cutting, dies construction, and more recently in the field of high speed printing.
We have suppliers mainly in automobile Industry but expand our business unit for the electronics industry with the introduction of high-speed stamping.
In the area of progressive cut, we have the capacity to produce material thicknesses ranging from 0.8 mm to 5 mm.
We have a differentiated number of machines and production technology tools that allow us to produce, within the thickness referenced, accurately complex geometries with a high level of demand.
With many years of experience in this area, we have the knowledge and technology to produce die parts up to 8mm thick.
We have two presses dedicated to die stamping, we develop and manufacture the tools within our home.
The versatility, commitment and professionalism always take Prenso Metal to embark on challenges in the past chose to win another and successfully: A high-speed printing for industrial electronics. This is an area where relay components mainly produced, but where it is of course possible to produce any kind of small parts, with thicknesses in the range of 0.2 mm to 2.5 mm. The production speed can reach 600 parts per minute, depending of course on the type of geometry and material is involved. With diminutive dimensions and high dimensional accuracy, this is undoubtedly an area in which we invest, and that has been growing in recent years.
In engineering design and development together with your client, Prenso-Metal has developed an innovative suspension system for maintaining the orientation of new technologies.
In 2004 began the transformation of plate formats in products with geometry revolutionised through Roll-Forming - training roller.
